Sandpiper Vacations – Terms and Conditions

Company Information
Sandpiper Vacations LLC (“Sandpiper Vacations”) operates as an independent travel agency providing retail travel services to customers through separate and independent travel suppliers. Sandpiper Vacations LLC is independently owned and operated and is not affiliated with the Walt Disney Company, the Walt Disney World® Resort, or any of its affiliates or designates.
Independent Suppliers
Sandpiper Vacations does not own, operate, manage, or control any independent travel supplier, including but not limited to airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, transportation providers, or other travel vendors. All services are subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations of those independent suppliers.
Role of Sandpiper Vacations
By booking travel through Sandpiper Vacations, the client acknowledges that Sandpiper Vacations acts solely as an agent for the client in arranging and facilitating travel services. Sandpiper Vacations assumes no responsibility or liability for the performance, acts, errors, or omissions of any third-party supplier.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for reviewing all travel documentation provided by Sandpiper Vacations and verifying the accuracy of all details, including travel dates, names, destinations, and services. Any discrepancies must be reported immediately.
It is the client’s responsibility to comply with all laws, travel requirements, passport and visa regulations, health documentation, and vaccination requirements of each destination. Sandpiper Vacations is not responsible for denied boarding, entry, or additional costs resulting from noncompliance.
Payments and Cancellations
All payments are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective travel supplier(s). Deposits and final payments may be nonrefundable and nontransferable based on supplier policies. Cancellation and change penalties may apply.
Clients are strongly encouraged to review supplier terms and to purchase travel protection to safeguard their investment.
Travel Protection
Sandpiper Vacations offers access to third-party travel protection plans. These plans are recommended but optional. The client is responsible for selecting the level of coverage that best meets their needs.
Sandpiper Vacations is not an insurance provider and makes no guarantees regarding coverage, claims processing, or benefits under any travel protection plan.
Risks and Liability
Travel involves inherent risks. Sandpiper Vacations shall not be liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or expense resulting from acts of nature, government actions, civil unrest, theft, supplier defaults, mechanical failures, pandemics, or other events beyond its control.
By booking travel services, the client agrees to hold Sandpiper Vacations harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from supplier actions or unforeseen events.
REAL ID Requirement for U.S. Domestic Travel
Beginning May 7, 2025, all travelers flying within the United States must present a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or another acceptable form of identification (such as a valid passport or passport card) at TSA checkpoints. It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure compliance. Visit www.dhs.gov/real-id for more information.

Disputes and Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved in Franklin County, Ohio, through good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, binding arbitration.
Modifications and Updates
Sandpiper Vacations reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
Acceptance of Terms
By submitting payment or confirming a booking, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
