Virgin Voyages requires a 20% deposit at booking to secure your spot.

Virgin Voyages requires all guests to have a valid passport that does not expire within 6 months of your return date.

Yes, you can book as a solo guest now and add a second guest later. Name changes are allowed up to 2 weeks before sailing.

Contact your travel advisor at Sandpiper Vacations, we may be able to transfer or rebook your cabin for you.

Cancel within 7 days of booking (and 120+ days before sailing): full refund
After 7 days, but still 120+ days out: refund minus deposit (converted to Future Voyage Credit)
Between 119–45 days: all funds (minus taxes/fees) become FVC
Less than 45 days: subject to loss of full payment

Now! We’ll price monitor your booking, if the rate drops before final payment, we’ll adjust it. If after final payment, the difference becomes onboard credit.

We can help choose the most stable cabin location. Motion sickness remedies like wristbands, patches, or over-the-counter meds can also help.

We recommend flying in a day early (April 16, 2027) to avoid travel delays. You can fly into Miami (MIA) or Fort Lauderdale (FLL) — about a 30-minute drive from the port.
