What it's actually like to plan a trip with us

I want to give an exceptional thank you! to Becky Gonzalez. She has been wonderful to work with a number of times already. Last October Becky worked her magic to get us a wonderful deal to bring our family down from Minnesota to spend 5 days at Universal Studios. My wife and I are Florida residents and Becky still saved us A LOT of money with everything. Becky has also stayed in contact letting us know what is going on around Florida and we have booked trips to Disney, few times, especially with hotels. Great pricing and extras. Nick saw our flights were delayed and immediately reached out to see if we needed help. He messaged us with weather updates at our destination as well to see if we needed anything from him. Nick goes above and beyond for his clients!

I have told people this over and over again but I could not have taken my family on this amazing drip without Nick. I am a terrible decision maker and from day one he gave me the options with pro and con lists and listened to me every time I went back and forth. The decision was 100% the right one. Nick sent us on a cruise that left from Miami and he handled every logistic I needed help with. Somehow he found us a hotel room in Miami during the World Cup. I have no idea how he did it. The cruise was amazing and every outing he helped me plan was perfect. I can't say it enough, just call Nick for everything travel related!

Nick helped us plan a river cruise to Europe on the Rhine River. In addition to the cruise, we added pre and post cruise itineraries. It was our first trip to Europe, and everything went great. Nick planned some great tours for us, and our hotels and transportation went flawlessly. We had a great trip, and we are already planning our next trip with Nick.

Had a great time on Virgin Voyages Valiant Lady cruising around the mediterranean for our twentieth anniversary. Nick was great help picking just the right excursions.

We had an amazing time on our first cruise! Since this was our first cruising experience, we really appreciate Nick's help along the way. He shared lots of helpful tips and tricks, he also took care of arranging our wifi and drink packages which made the planning process so much easier. Nick was very helpful. He answered all questions promptly and kept lines of communication open. I especially liked his updates and reminders of timelines.

We used Sandpiper Vacations to help plan our 9-day honeymoon to Universal and Disney. Nick was absolutely fantastic from the start. It was no problem at all when we decided to shift our dates almost a month forward, and he even helped us find some great deals by doing so. Being two Type A planners ourselves, we did small things like purchase Lightning Lanes on our own, but knowing that Nick was only a text or call away if we needed absolutely anything was a level of comfort and security we didn't know we needed. We've already recommended him to friends, and even strangers in the line for Pirates of the Caribbean and we'll absolutely be using him again for future trips.

Everything was perfect! Selecting our vacation package was a great experience, we had many options within our communicated budget. Planning for the trip meant timely reminders, easy payment options, and great communication the entire time. Once we got to Jamaica, pick up from the airport was smooth. Stay at RIU, zero complaints, we would go back. Excursion was fair priced with easy and safe transportation, and everyone aged 11 to 71 enjoyed our full day experience.

The place was perfect! Kristin was a huge help when we had issues at check in! Love having her on our side! Highly recommend her and Hawaii.

Absolutely phenomenal experience with Alyssa! From the very first conversation, she listened carefully to what we wanted and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. Her recommendations were spot on, from the resort to the excursions, and everything ran seamlessly from start to finish. This last cruise was a first look at, and feel for, good and bad experiences to compare to our past experiences on other cruise brands. Sandpiper was helpful for booking and support prior to the cruise. Virgin Voyages does things a lot differently than other brands, and we needed guidance and tutorials, and reassurances that made things easier to accept changes in our cruising routines.

Nick and Sandpiper Vacations did an amazing job planning our destination wedding!!!!! He found the best price for our group of 18. Communication was great and professional. We will surely use them again for a personal vacation and a possible large family vacation again!!!!

Kaley helped us have the most magical trip to Disney World. I usually plan and stress about this all by myself but she took all of that away! She booked our hotel, our dining, Lightning Lane passes, and even found us some special add ons like a Fireworks Cruise! Every reservation I wanted, she woke up early to get. I planned on taking 8 people to Greece, visiting Athens, Crete, and Mykonos. Between changes in the schedules of some of the people going with me, and cancellations and changes in airline flights, it became a very complicated process. Thank God I had Nick of Sandpiper Vacations to handle all of this for me. He also researched local transportation and tours and made reservations for us so we wouldn't have any bad surprises when we got there.
